Description
The Fimar TOCS toaster is a professional piece of equipment for catering establishments that allows you to quickly toast croutons and toasts for a large number of visitors. This conveyor model is compact compared to other models of toasters in this line. In the Fimar TOCS toaster, you can cook from 80 to 360 toasts per hour, spending from 75 seconds to 4.5 minutes on each. Fimar TOCS is a small steel frame with a frying chamber inside. The chamber contains a rotating frying conveyor, which is also made of food grade stainless steel, and a fan that distributes heat throughout the entire area of the chamber. The speed of rotation of the conveyor and the temperature inside the chamber are regulated by the operator. The conveyor is driven by a self-ventilated motor with a built-in reducer, heating is carried out using quartz tubes. Thanks to the insulating material covering the surface of the frying chamber, you will never get burned, no matter how high the temperature inside it.
