Description

We present the Gel-Matic HC EASY 1 PM Air tabletop freezer for one taste with a pump system for the production of soft ice cream, express ice cream and frozen yogurt. The Gel-Matic freezer combines professionalism and minimal dimensions. Control of all machine functions is guaranteed by a color LCD display and intuitive icons. Correct use of the machine is necessary to maintain all its functions. Access to the functions using a QR code placed on the machine simplifies each individual work procedure. The freezer is equipped with an ice cream level sensor and a portion counter. A photocell starts the activation of ice cream dispensing by automatic detection of cones/cups. After each dispensing, the lever automatically returns to its original position to prevent accidental opening. The cooled container maintains the mixture temperature at 4C°. If the container temperature detected by the control system differs from the real one, it is possible to calibrate the readings. The lid on top of the freezer facilitates inspection of the container and product addition operations. Each freezer is equipped with a kit for the correct execution of washing and sanitizing operations. The transition of the mixture from a liquid state to a creamy state is a delicate process of express freezing. The pump system increases productivity and allows you to achieve a high level of whipping, which is suitable for milk-based flavors.
