Description
The Fimar GL/40 lava stone grill is a device for cooking semi-finished meat and fish products using a barbecue grill and without adding fat. The role of charcoal is played by natural lava stone of volcanic origin, installed on a support grill in the lower part of the device. The lava stone accumulates heat perfectly, evenly distributing the temperature over the entire area of the grill. When fat gets on the stone, it is absorbed and emits smoke, which gives the dishes a special aroma. The remaining fat is collected in a special removable tray, significantly simplifying the care of the product. The Fimar GL/40 tabletop grill is made of stainless steel (GL series equipment is characterized by the use of a steel grill instead of a cast iron one). The frying grate measuring 490x310 mm is installed in the grill body at an angle.
