A bakery with a full cycle of production of bakery and confectionery products has been installed. The bakery and confectionery shop feature equipment from the following Italian brands:

• David Forni (rotary and deck ovens);
• Sigma (dough mixer, divider-rounder, dough sheeter, planetary mixer);
• PANTECKmachinery (proofing chamber);
• Tecnoeka (convection oven);
• Tecnodom (refrigeration equipment)

In addition, the following were installed at the facility:

• refrigerated gastronomic and confectionery display cases Costan (Italy);
• Bolarus display cabinets (Poland);
• Trade racks Modern-Expo (Ukraine)
