Description
The Mimac Doble depositing machine is an innovative depositing machine with two independent dosing heads: a roller type for dense (shortbread) dough and a pump type for filling (jam or medium-viscosity creams). When operating the machine, you can use either one or both dosing heads simultaneously.
The machine body is made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel. Speed variators (inverters) for both dosing heads. Electronic conveyor height adjustment/table lowering control. Electronic control of conveyor speed. Drive for rotation of nozzles with adjustable rotation speed (for roller type head). Thread cutting device. Manual loading and unloading of baking trays. Control panel with 7” color touch screen with the ability to store up to 200 programs.
