Description

The Fimar LAV vegetable washer is a modern piece of equipment for professional use, allowing you to thoroughly wash and dry fruits and vegetables. By choosing one of two washing cycles and one of three options for the duration of each cycle, you can set the mode that is optimal for each specific case. The Fimar LAV vegetable washer has two operating speeds: one for washing fruits, the second for drying them by centrifugation, the engine in the model is three-phase. The cover of the machine has a safety microswitch that prevents the engine from overheating and ensures safe operation. The cover itself is transparent, which allows you to visually monitor the process. The centrifuge can be additionally turned on using a pulse button. The filter on the drain hole and the cassette filter are easy to remove and clean. The frame of the model is made of stainless steel.
