Description
The Bassanina Ecopower deck oven uses clean energy without emitting any combustion smoke. It is suitable for any bakery and pastry shop, as it allows you to bake various types of pastry and bakery products (bread, cakes, cookies and baklava, focaccia and pizza ...). The oven consists of 4 superimposed baking chambers, 3 chambers 180 mm high, and the upper chamber is 230 mm high. The chamber size in this model with 1 door on each tier is 80x120 cm. Other chamber sizes with 1 door can also be manufactured: 80x160; 80x200 cm; with a double door 120x120; 120x160; 120x200 cm. The baking area varies from 3.84 to 9.60 square meters. Each independent oven chamber is equipped with temperature control and a steam generator, which allows for independent baking processes. The bottom of the hearth is made of a unique refractory material. The oven has a touch programmable control panel. The loading openings are made of stainless steel and tempered glass.
