Description

The BASSANINA FR COMPACT 46 rotary oven is compact and has a wide range of functions. It is equipped with an electromechanical control panel. The front part is made of high-strength stainless steel, has doors with double heat-resistant glass, a steam generator and a steam outlet valve.

Electric power, heating elements are located on the back wall of the chamber. Baking tray - 40 * 60 cm, the size of the oven itself is 98 * 119 * 202 cm + 33 cm. Due to the large number of baking trays, of which there are 15 pieces in the set, it is characterized by high productivity and allows you to cook several dishes or batches at the same time.

Hook system for fastening the trolley. The BASSANINA FR COMPACT 46 rotary oven maintains temperatures up to 300 C. Power – 23.5/380 kW. The weight of the entire structure is 550 kg.
