Description
The Bertos E9P4P/VTR + FE 4-burner glass ceramic electric hob with oven (7.5 kW) is a powerful professional hob that has gained recognition in many food industry enterprises in Europe, mainly due to its ease of use and high heating speed of the burners. The Bertos E9P4P/VTR + FE model is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. The working surface is formed by a 60/10 mm thick pyroceramic plate with marked zones for placing pans (300 mm in diameter x 4 kW). The temperature of the heating elements rises to 500 ° C in just a few seconds. When one of the elements is turned off, the heating indicator remains on up to 60 ° C. The electric oven is equipped with stainless steel heating elements and a grill with a salamander function, located in the upper part of the oven. The oven temperature is regulated by a thermostat from 50 to 270 °C. The 4-level oven chamber is made of AISI 430 steel.
