Electric deck oven without a setter 4 levels MIWE ideal e+ Extra-class deck oven. Hot air circulator with static baking atmosphere. Ideal for baking a full range of baked goods - from dense rye bread to small-piece baked goods made from wheat flour. Wide variability in design with respect to the number of decks, heating circuits, deck heights, etc.

Thanks to the introduction of a completely new, much more precise and at the same time more flexible energy transfer control system into the baking oven. It eliminates the effect of ignition and exceeding the required temperatures and guarantees excellent uniformity, increases the pleasure of working in the "load after load" mode and increases the flexibility of the baking characteristics, even allowing the reproduction of the features of other baking systems.

Water is sprayed using compressed air and then fed into the steam humidifier. Thus, due to the efficient and fast supply of saturated steam under sufficiently high pressure, ideal product quality is achieved.

All components and functions of the MIWE ideal e+ are designed for maximum energy efficiency. The optimised heat transfer design as well as the separately adjustable and switchable heating circuits in combination with the efficient energy-saving functions of the MIWE atmo-jet and variobake technologies help to achieve optimum thermal efficiency of over 90% in accordance with DIN 8766.

Baking in the MIWE ideal e+ is done on a stone plate. Therefore, the bread baked in it can rightfully be called hearth bread. In addition, we offer complete hearth finishing with stone or steel plates.

If desired, the MIWE ideal e+ can also be equipped with one to three stable pull-out oven trays without additional supports. Because we have decided once and for all to make baking easier.

Whenever rationalisation and automation of production processes is required, the MIWE athlet automatic loading system is the ideal complement to the MIWE ideal e+ baking oven.
