Description
The Mondial Forni 43M MONDIAL series deck oven with steam-pipe heating, runs on gas or diesel fuel, consists of four independent decks. The standard deck height is 220 mm or 170 mm, depending on the model. The MONDIAL series is recommended for baking medium and large bread, as well as for all those products that require strong heat from below and a large amount of steam. To load the product, you can use: baking sheets, mechanical or manual stackers, automatic shovels for loading and unloading the product.
