Description
The La Minerva C/E PP5 potato peeler is designed to automatically peel potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic with incredible efficiency and minimal waste. Specially designed for this purpose, the La Minerva potato peeler is equipped with a side blade of the cleaning disc with an abrasive coating for potatoes and carrots, and a smooth surface for garlic. With a mechanical timer and a belt-driven motor, the La Minerva potato peeler ensures reliable and efficient operation. The perforated basket and rotating steel plate are easy to remove for cleaning, and the front discharge is protected by a safety device for safe unloading of the product. The transparent plexiglass cover allows you to observe the cleaning process, and a sensor detecting the opening of the lid ensures safety of use. The electrical parts of the machine are protected by a box with an IP56 protection rating. The cleaning cycle takes 2-3 minutes.
