The professional juicer ZumeX (Spain) MINEX is designed to obtain fresh juice from oranges and grapefruits using a unique squeezing system. The original and at the same time simple design of the juicer uses squeezing presses, the rotation of which is strictly synchronized. The fruits are automatically cut into two halves by a blade, after which the presses squeeze the juice out of the pulp of the fruits. This technological process, developed by the company's specialists, is protected by Spanish and international patents.

A remarkable feature of the device is that during the juice squeezing process the heads of the presses only touch the pulp of the fruit, without touching the peel, due to which it is possible to avoid bitter essential oils contained in the peel getting into the juice. The result is excellent, high-quality juice with an excellent taste.
