Introducing the excellent Tecnoeka MKF 711 TS combination electric oven with combi steam , specially designed for professional use in professional kitchens. One of the key features of this oven is the patented Airflowlogic™ fan protection system, which guarantees optimal heat distribution and ensures even cooking of dishes on all levels. There is also a patented Humilogic™ system, providing direct steam with touch screen control with 10 intensity levels, as well as a Drylogic™ system for effective drying inside the cooking chamber. The built-in Wi-Fi communication system allows you to monitor and control the oven from anywhere via a mobile device. Programmable start and 40 saved recipes provide convenience and increased flexibility in preparing various dishes. The oven control panel supports 42 languages, making it accessible and convenient for use in international kitchens. Important features of the Tecnoeka MKF 711 TS also include the HACCP system for food safety control, IPX5 water protection, built-in automatic rinsing system and a condensate collection bowl with a convenient drain on the door. This combi steam oven is equipped with two bidirectional motors to ensure optimal air circulation inside the cooking chamber. The chamber is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The main technical features of this model include a digital thermometer for temperature control, 10 programmable cooking stages, preheating temperature up to 180 °C. The door opens to the right and has glass for inspection. The oven is installed on adjustable legs for ease of operation and maintenance. The MKKC711 exhaust hood is included in the delivery set.
