Description
The Sottoriva AS 3 cone rounder is designed for rounding soft or non-standard dough. The dough piece to be rounded rotates around its own axis using a rotating cone. Equipped with two flour sprinklers, can be used in combination with any dough divider, made of stainless steel. Mounted on rotating wheels and equipped with a device for fixed installation on the floor. The cone and channels are Teflon coated. The channels are adjustable when opening in such a way as to ensure rounding of dough from 1000 g to 3600 g with the best rounding quality for both minimum and maximum weights of the pieces.
