Description
The Fimar CL/3 cutter can quickly grind, crush and mix products of different hardness: nuts, crackers, chocolate, meat, dried fruits, cheese, eggs, etc. The capacious 3-liter bowl is made of stainless steel, and the cutter body is also made of it. The two-bladed knife rotates at 1400 rpm. The Fimar CL/3 model is equipped with a cutting knife and a whipping knife. There is also a motor brake. The bowl is closed with a polycarbonate lid, which is transparent, which provides visual control of the process. The design of the Fimar CL/3 cutter provides for a remote control with push buttons and safety microswitches, which are conveniently located on the base of the bowl support and on the lid.
