Description
Automatic dough divider-rounder Mac Pan MSRS AUT 30 produces 30 dough pieces weighing from 40 to 135 grams per cycle. Maximum dough load is 4 kilograms. Equipped with automatic pressing, cutting and rounding. There are 10 programs. The size of the forming surface is 400x65 mm. The set of this equipment includes 3 forming plates. Working cycle:- Insert the plate manually;
- Close the front protection;
- Set program number - set operating time (pressing, rounding and chamber);
- Press the Start button;
- The machine presses, cuts and rounds automatically;
- Open the front guard;
- Remove the plate with the formed balls.
