Description
The electric cooking kettle Bertos E9P10D belongs to the Maxima 900 series, designed for use in a professional kitchen. With this stationary kettle, equipped with direct-type heaters, you can cook various liquid dishes that do not require stirring. The durability of the heating equipment and its resistance to corrosion are ensured by the use of different grades of stainless steel for the body and all elements of the kettle. (Boiler bottom - AISI 316, front, side panels, work surface and 100-liter cooking capacity - AISI 304). The heating elements that heat the walls of the Bertos E9P10D kettle are made of incoloy alloy. The kettle itself is equipped with a safety thermostat, and a 3-position switch is used to regulate the power. The drain tap with a diameter of two inches is made of chrome-plated brass and is equipped with a heat-resistant handle. On the work surface there are taps for filling with hot and cold water, with which you can fill and rinse the container. The tank lid has a double wall and is spring-loaded.
