The Bertos E6FL3BP model heats up to 300 C in just 11 minutes thanks to high-performance stainless steel heating elements. The temperature is regulated by a thermostat, there is also a safety thermostat. There are sensors for switching on and operating status. The inclined position of the working surface allows excess oil and fat to drain into a sealed removable container. The drain hole can be closed with a plug if necessary. Protective sides are installed to prevent fat from splashing.
