Gel-Matic BV EASY 2 GR Air vertical freezer with two flavors + 1 mixed for soft ice cream and frozen yogurt. The machine can be moved effortlessly and in complete safety thanks to the wheels. Easy control of each freezer function thanks to the color display and intuitive pictograms. The refrigerated hopper ensures that the mixture temperature is maintained at 4°C, you can calibrate the temperature readings yourself if they differ from the actual temperature in the hopper. Each machine is equipped with a kit for proper cleaning and disinfection. The gravity system is simple and reliable, it guarantees a good overflow of any mixture, even containing small pieces of fruit. The shape of the beater has a minimal impact on the ice cream, preserving its structure. Its special shape is designed to improve mixing during the mixing and freezing stage.
