Description

The Gel-Matic ETOILE GEL PLUS PM Air freezer is a large floor-standing freezer with three flavours and two mixed flavours with pump feed for making ice cream and frozen yoghurt. The machine allows you to combine traditional soft serve ice cream with a wide range of other products, including frozen yoghurt and sorbets, to create truly individual creations. The air-cooled condenser versions optimise the available space. The air flow is upwards, allowing the machine to be installed right against the wall. The freezer can be moved effortlessly thanks to 4 swivel wheels. The easy-to-use interactive control system allows programming, monitoring and troubleshooting of each machine function both locally and remotely. The freezer is equipped with an ice cream mixture level sensor, a counter of dispensed portions, and self-closing levers after pressing. The cooled hopper ensures that the mixture temperature is maintained at 4°C, within the safe limit. To ensure maximum efficiency, each machine must be serviced regularly. Each machine is equipped with a kit for proper cleaning and disinfection. To get the right ice cream structure, you need full control over one of the most important functions of the express freezing machines. The shape of the beater has a minimal impact on the ice cream, preserving its structure. Two compressors and two beater motors provide independent control of each hopper and cylinder. This means you can make different products on each side: like two machines in one!
