Description
Professional combined frying surface Kogast EZ-T87/PL , designed for cooking steaks, shashlik, frying vegetables and other meat and fish dishes directly on a flat or ribbed part made of cast iron with the ability to heat up to 300 °C.
The equipment body is made of stainless steel AISI 304, in the lower part of the body there are reliable adjustable legs for leveling the equipment module in the horizontal plane.
The working surface is divided into 2 parts, ribbed and flat, each part has a separate thermostat, which allows you to set different heating temperatures and cook different products at the same time, such as meat and vegetables.
There is a tray for collecting fat under the control panel.
The grill surface of this model can be easily integrated into the 700 series heat or neutral line.
