Frying surface Kogast PZ-T87/P-L

Description

Gas frying surface, manufactured by KOGAST (Slovenia), model PZ-T87/PL , is designed for frying products directly on the heating (frying) surface.

The model has one continuous smooth work surface made of cast iron. Gas burners are distributed along the entire perimeter of the frying surface, due to which the product is fried evenly. The frying surface has maximum strength and durability, and it is also very easy to clean. Directly under the frying surface there is a special fat collector, in which fat is collected during frying of products. Along the perimeter (on 3 sides) of the frying surface there is a special protective edge made of stainless steel, which will protect your hands from burns from hot fat. Directly under the surface itself there is an open cabinet where you can store products prepared for frying.

The device is equipped with a mechanical control panel, which has a rotary switch for regulating the heating temperature of the working surface, and a light indicator to determine the readiness of the surface for frying. To avoid overheating, an automatic temperature limiter is built into the control panel. The open frying pan has a floor design and is installed on the working surface on 4 stainless steel legs. In addition, the legs are height-adjustable to allow installation of the equipment on uneven surfaces.
