The Bertos G7FМ8M-2 floor gas frying surface is an impressive in size and unique in performance kitchen equipment that will become a worthy element of the heating workshop in your establishment. The frying surface is located on an open base, inside which you can organize a place for storing kitchen utensils. The height of the base legs is adjustable. The width of the working surface is divided into two zones: one half is ribbed, the second is smooth. Each of the zones has its own thermostat and their heating temperature can be adjusted separately. The heating elements are tubular burners with optimized and self-stabilizing combustion, the heat from which is evenly distributed over the entire surface. The Bertos G7FМ8M-2 model also has a signal light and a thermocouple, gas control, protective sides and a removable grease collector. The Bertos G7FМ8M-2 frying surface is made of easy-to-clean and durable stainless steel.
