Ice cream display case ISA Millenium

Description

Professional display case for "hardened" ice cream ISA Millenium . It does not use 4.75 l gastronorm containers, but in addition to 5 l containers, it is possible to use 7, 10 and 12 l gastronorm containers. The cooling system is ventilated. Defrosting is by means of "cycle reversal" (in this case, the refrigeration unit operates not as a refrigerator, but as a heater). The carefully verified dimensions of the display case and the inclined arrangement of the display allow for an excellent overview of the product not only for adults, but also for children. An electronic display showing the names of the types of product sold is offered as an option. The surface of the display area is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The front glass is lifting. This makes access to the working area simple and convenient, for example, during cleaning, and allows meeting the most stringent hygiene requirements. The standard delivery set does not include a front panel: the customer can order the finishing of the front of the display case from an independent manufacturer, or choose from many options offered by ISA. The display case is equipped with a powerful compressor and belongs to climate class 4+. It is produced both with a built-in refrigeration unit and adapted for operation with a remote unit. It is necessary to note the peculiarity of the MILLENNIUM SP 12+12 model: it has two refrigeration units operating and controlled independently of each other. Each unit cools half of the display area. In summer, at the height of the season, the display case can be used entirely for selling ice cream. In winter, when the demand for ice cream falls, one of the compressors can be stopped and the corresponding part of the working area can be used, for example, for selling baked goods or confectionery that do not require cooling.
