Description

The ISA Samoa ice cream display case uses a ventilated cooling system. This ensures better cooling, with a more uniform temperature distribution, but also requires more attention to the product: it should not lie inside. Defrosting, as in ISABELLA, is carried out using hot gas. The control panel is electronic. The design of the SAMOA display case allows for a more flexible approach to the use of the workspace, SAMOA 4, SAMOA 6, SAMOA 7, SAMOA 9 and SAMOA 12 containers are located in one line; in the SAMOA 120 and SAMOA 140 display cases, which have the same lengths as SAMOA 6 and SAMOA 7, respectively, the containers are located in two lines: one closer to the buyer, the other to the seller. The display case is equipped with a powerful compressor and belongs to climate class 4+ (ambient air temperature - up to +35 ° C, relative humidity - up to 70%).
