Description

The industrial meat grinder La Minerva C/E 900 R with cooling and automatic feed is a reliable and efficient solution for supermarkets, meat processing plants and meat processing plants. The Unger S5 knife system is equipped with two self-sharpening knives and two rings. The machine is equipped with a cooling system, including a sealed and silent compressor that provides cooling of the glass, the auger neck and the loading hopper. The electronic thermostat maintains the optimum temperature of the raw material at +2°C, while a coolant with a low impact on the environment is used. Electrical elements are placed in a waterproof box with protection class IP 56. Access to the cutting tool, mixing hopper and inside the meat grinder is protected by microswitches. In addition, the low-voltage control circuit (24 V) ensures safety during operation. The start-stop-reverse function, as well as the safety device on the head, make using the meat grinder even more convenient and safe. La Minerva C/E 900 R is considered a CE version, which confirms compliance with high European quality and safety standards.
