Description

The Mac Pan CLA 224 proofing chamber is made of anodized aluminum, the panels are made of painted corrugated aluminum. The inside is equipped with insulating material. The Mac Pan proofing chamber is connected to a water pipe in order to maintain a constant water level in a special tank. The elements that produce steam are separated from those responsible for heating the air in the chamber, which makes it possible to heat the air in the working chamber without steam or supply steam to the working chamber without heating the air. The fan creates an air flow in the chamber in such a way that the air flows evenly distribute heat and steam throughout the entire internal volume of the chamber. The control panel is equipped with a main switch, a fan and heating switch, a steam switch, a light switch in the middle of the chamber, a display with a thermostat control and steam measurement. Heating of the chamber is controlled by a thermostat, while the steam meter controls the steam supply and allows you to adjust the desired amount of steam as a percentage.
