Description
The Empero EMP.MF.20 proofing chamber has a single casing. The chamber body is durable, it is made of wear-resistant stainless steel. The chamber holds 16 standard-sized baking trays 400x600 mm. The internal volume of the chamber is 0.7 m3. The control panel is electromechanical. The thermostatic electronic sensor is designed to regulate the temperature inside the chamber. The humidity sensor monitors the humidity in the chamber and ensures the quality of the products during this period. The chamber legs are stable on the surface. A large, convenient handle ensures quick opening of the door. The glass on the door is convenient for viewing the products during proofing.
