Producing professional pizza ovens since 1969 to meet the needs of our customers; technical research, design and development have always been the most important values for our company, which allowed us to create special products such as wood ovens with a gas heating system of the hearth more than forty years ago, and then apply this innovation to the rotating platform, which is now a modern oven of a hybrid type - gas or wood - electric ovens. We have developed and continue to develop the FRV series of fully electric ovens with a rotating platform. Morello Forni has been designing and manufacturing ovens since 1969, including the development of the rotating platform, which is still rare and technically difficult to manufacture. The desire to innovate the design of traditional ovens began with the search for a practical solution,
to avoid the constant rotation inside the baking chamber of the heavy copper trays used to prepare "farinata", a local
recipe; the rotating platform, once built, immediately showed its potential for making pizza. Even after 40 years, Morello Forni maintains the design and production of products, offering our customers maximum flexibility in choosing the best technical characteristics for their needs. An example of this are the triple-action water filters, designed to solve the problems of overheating chimneys and pollution emissions, very common in traditional wood-fired ovens.
