The Fimar PPF/25 potato peeler is a powerful professional device for peeling vegetables - potatoes, onions, carrots, etc. - that has proven itself in food production facilities of the European Union with different throughput capacities. This potato peeler peels tubers and root vegetables mechanically using special discs with an abrasive coating. The removable design allows you to easily remove the abrasive disc for cleaning and washing. The body of the Fimar PPF/25 model is made of high-strength food grade stainless steel, the top cover is made of food grade polycarbonate (thanks to its transparency, you can visually control the process of peeling vegetables). On the top cover (as well as on the vegetable unloading button) there are safety switches, as well as a timer, with which you set the operating time of the machine (from 0 to 4 minutes). A water hose is connected to the device, through which water enters the working drum for washing vegetables. The maximum load of the model is 25 kg, productivity is 450 kg/hour.
