Description
The Essedue 195 slicer is made of hygienic, anti-corrosion aluminum alloy, so it is easy to clean. The deep carriage can cut a large volume of products, and the small cutting area allows for safe work. This cutting machine has a sharpening device and a slicing thickness regulator, so for certain tasks you can cut slices of 2 mm and 1.5 cm.
