The GASTROMIX HS20B spiral dough mixer is a reliable and efficient dough mixer for small bakeries, pizzerias and professional kitchens. With a bowl capacity of 20 liters and a maximum dough load of up to 8 kg, it is suitable for kneading various types of dough with a moisture content of at least 50%. Two fixed speed modes of the spiral (132/264 rpm) and bowl (13/26 rpm) provide optimal conditions for uniform and high-quality kneading. The floor model is equipped with a durable belt drive and a fixed stainless steel bowl with a protective grid. For ease of use, a 60-minute timer and an electromechanical control system are provided, and a microswitch on the bowl lid provides additional safety. The body is made of painted metal, which guarantees durability and resistance to external influences.
