• Mondial forni (rotary and convection ovens);
• MacPan (proofing chamber, spiral mixer);
• Sottoriva (automatic volumetric dough divider, conical dough rounder, baguette moulding machine, dough rolling machine).

The supermarket bakery is the only production facility in the city where fresh and hot baked goods are always available.
