On July 27, 2012, the opening of the supermarket "ECO-market" took place in Vyshgorod. The company "European Equipment Technologies" supplied and installed equipment for the bakery and culinary department of the supermarket.

The supermarket bakery is equipped with equipment from Italian manufacturers: a Mondial Forni rotary oven, a Pietroberto spiral dough mixer, a Dell'Oro automatic divider with a rounding function, a MacPan baguette moulding machine and proofing chamber, and a Sigma dough sheeter.
The specialists of the company "European Equipment Technologies" conducted briefings and trained the bakery personnel to work with the equipment.
The bakery of the ECO-Market supermarket became the first bakery in the city to offer visitors always fresh and hot baked goods.
