Description
The electric frying surface Bertos E9FM8M-2 is an industrial heating equipment designed for use in a professional kitchen. This floor model on an open base is characterized by its simple design and durability, reliability of each element and efficiency of the entire mechanism. The frying surface is combined ribbed and smooth, the heating zones are differentiated, each has its own thermostat. The ribbed part will produce excellent fried meat steaks, and the smooth surface can even be used for cooking in a saucepan. Heating of the working surface in the Bertos E9FM8M-2 model is carried out with the help of a steel heating element located underneath it (made of Incoloy alloy). The heating element evenly distributes heat over the entire surface. The equipment is equipped with a temperature indicator and a linear indicator, as well as a safety thermostat. A special removable tray is provided for collecting fat and excess liquids. Sides are designed around the perimeter of the frying surface to protect against splashes. Surface material - stainless steel AISI 304.
