The Gel-Matic GIOTTO 11 GR Air single-flavour ice cream machine heralds a new era in the world of ice cream making. The Giotto 11 GR can be used in many ways, as it comes standard with a self-closing lever and INCODIS 3.0 technology, which is necessary to activate the self-service function. When this function is activated, the monitor is locked, turning into a simple screen with images and videos, so self-service can take place in maximum safety. The large, elegant 7-inch touch screen features simple navigation menus thanks to the latest technology. Intuitive multilingual icons and swiping up/down on the screen make the menu easy to understand and use. It is easy to follow the Giotto maintenance schedule. The display will tell you when action is needed to ensure the efficiency and safety of the machine. Remote connectivity means you can stay connected even from a distance. This feature allows you to not only read the machine data but also interact with its operation. The freezer is equipped with a level sensor for the ice cream mixture, a portion counter and self-closing levers. Every detail is carefully thought out in the manufacture to simplify daily disinfection and cleaning. The removable nozzle for piping with a star tip is just one example. The freezer comes with 3 different nozzles so you can get the desired shape.
