Description
The La Minerva C/E PP20T potato peeler is a highly efficient automatic potato and carrot washing and peeling machine suitable for catering establishments, restaurants, canteens, supermarkets and other food industry enterprises. This machine provides excellent cleaning results with minimal product loss and significant labor savings. It is equipped with a side cleaning disc cloth with an abrasive coating for potatoes and carrots, as well as a smooth surface for garlic. These cloths are easily removed for convenient cleaning. The washing and cleaning process is controlled by a mechanical timer and a sensor that detects the opening of the lid. Front loading is protected by a safety device. Transparent plexiglass cover allows you to observe the cleaning process. Electrical parts of the machine are protected and have an IP56 protection rating. It has a manual water inlet and is CE certified. The cleaning cycle is 2-3 minutes. For an additional fee you can order: filter, filter kit, remote control, electric water valve.Specification
