The La Minerva C/E PP30T potato peeler is an automatic machine specially designed for washing and peeling potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic with high efficiency and minimal product loss. It is intended for use in catering establishments, restaurants, canteens, food processing enterprises, hyper- and supermarkets. The perforated basket and rotating steel plate provide effective cleaning and are easily removed for convenient cleaning. The transparent plexiglass lid allows you to observe the cleaning process, providing control and ease of use. A built-in sensor detects the opening of the lid, ensuring safety. The potato peeler is equipped with IP56 protection level. The cleaning cycle is 2-3 minutes, which ensures a fast work process. This model has a CE version that meets European quality standards.
