Description
The tabletop tempering machine ICB Chocotemper TOP is suitable for use in confectioneries, ice cream parlors, restaurants and hotels. Provides a uniform consistency of melted chocolate. Floor models of tempering machines are designed for work in confectioneries and chocolate shops. Control and management is carried out using the Touch Screen panel. The body and auger are made of stainless steel. The ICB Chocotemper TOP tempering machine works by melting and cooling chocolate. The Chocotemper TOP tempering machine is equipped with: • an electronic pedal dispenser that ensures uniform deposition of chocolate into moulds, • two separate motors for the bath and the auger, • standby mode to maintain the liquid state of chocolate prepared overnight, • auger feed reversal system, • a switch-off system with the ability to save programs for each type of chocolate. The tempering machine with a bath capacity of 5.5 kg can be equipped with a tabletop vibrating table for chocolate moulds.Specification
