Description

The Fimar 12/AT combined meat grinder and grater is an electric combined meat grinder and grater from an Italian manufacturer that can easily make minced meat (160 kg/h) or help grate vegetables (40 kg/h). The frame is made of polished aluminum and has a stainless steel hopper. The meat grinder is equipped with an Enterprice knife system (auger, knife, grate) with a stainless steel grate and a self-sharpening stainless steel knife. The model also has a reverse function that sets the shaft in reverse. In just one hour of operation, the Fimar meat grinder can prepare about 160 kg of minced meat or 40 kg of grated vegetables. The opening into which the meat is fed is 56 mm. It is possible to remove the entire cutting unit, which makes the maintenance of the meat grinder very convenient: the remaining parts are easy to remove and wash. The gear reducer is in an oil bath. The grater device has a polished aluminum hole - 140x75 mm, a stainless steel roller and a lower protective grid. There is a microswitch on the grater lever. The basic package includes a sausage making attachment and a vegetable grater attachment.
