The Bilait BLT.1020 cooling tunnel is designed for efficient cooling of chocolate products in small and medium-sized production facilities, as well as in large confectionery shops. With a tunnel length of 4 meters and a belt width of 220 mm, this cooling tunnel ensures uniform cooling of products thanks to forced air circulation at low temperatures. Equipped with a powerful refrigeration unit with a capacity of 3200 frigoria/h, Bilait BLT.1020 guarantees optimal conditions for your confectionery products. Electrical specifications include three-phase power supply, required power from 2 to 8 kW and a 16 amp fuse with 5 poles, which ensures stable and reliable operation of the equipment. The optimal room temperature for tunnel operation is 20-25 C, with an allowable maximum of up to 32 C. The user-friendly control panel allows you to easily monitor the progress of the conveyor belt, making the cooling process as simple and efficient as possible.
