The La Minerva C/E 653 cutlet maker is a machine for various food industry enterprises, supermarkets, fast food and canteens. This machine combines speed, safety and reliability. Automatic moulding allows you to produce cutlets or balls with the required weight, adjustable thanks to the moulding cylinder, ensuring maximum precision in each portion of the product. With this machine you will be able to process various ingredients - from meat to fish, combined with various additives and spices to satisfy the taste preferences of your customers. Flexible moulds allow you to get different shapes of cutlets and balls according to the requirements of your business or customer. The stainless steel and anodised aluminium construction ensures the strength and durability of the machine, and easily removable parts simplify the cleaning and maintenance process. Safety is guaranteed thanks to magnetic microswitches and protective fences preventing access to moving parts. Technical specifications include a loading chute capacity of 23 l, a maximum mould diameter of 120 mm and a maximum cutlet thickness of up to 23 mm.
