Description

The La Minerva C/EH MAX cutlet forming machine is equipment for butcher shops, supermarkets, fast food and other food industry enterprises. This machine provides fast, quiet and safe operation, guaranteeing reliable production of cutlets and meatballs with adjustable weight thanks to the forming cylinder. With a variety of ingredients, including beef, chicken, fish, this machine can form different types of cutlets. Different shapes, including square and oval, can be easily achieved by changing the forming cylinder, which can be purchased at an additional cost. Made of stainless steel, the machine is easy to clean and maintain. It is equipped with a removable tank for easy cleaning, a removable product conveyor. Safety guards and coded magnetic microswitches ensure safe operation. The standard equipment includes a single quick-release paddle, a 40-liter tank, a standard conveyor, a door and a stainless steel lid. The model complies with CE standards. In addition, various options are available to meet different customer needs: CYL-HAMB - cylinder for special cutlet shapes.
