Description

The Mondial Forni 33-180160 deck oven of the DekoMondial 2.0 series takes up minimal space; all maintenance and service operations are performed from the front side using special long heating elements; the oven decks operate independently of each other. Baking temperature: 300°C max. It is characterized by low energy consumption. It is equipped with the Power Management system and can operate in 3 modes, depending on the use of each deck. It is equipped with controlled steam removal, a USB 2.0 port. The chamber is heated by reinforced stainless steel heating elements located at the bottom and top of each chamber for proper heat distribution. Each chamber has independent adjustment of the upper and lower heating elements, with the ability to bake different products on each deck separately. Planting using baking sheets, manually or mechanical planters, automatic elevators.
