The Empero EMP.2000-SOL-L tunnel dishwasher has a 50*50 cm cassette size and supports dishes with a diameter of up to 32 cm. This model fits well in any professional kitchen, be it a bar, cafe or restaurant. The device quickly and efficiently washes dishes at a temperature of 55 C, and rinsing is done at a temperature of 80-85 C. Hot water ensures maximum hygiene, and the built-in drying produces ready-to-use dishes, glasses or cups, cutlery and other kitchen utensils.
