The operating cycle is as intuitive as possible: place the dough, close the lid, use the lever, open the lid manually and remove the finished pieces. All materials in contact with the product are completely safe for the food industry and are easy to clean, making the device hygienic and practical. The body is made of anti-corrosion aluminum MG5, and the knives and grid are made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304. The internal elements of the lid and the vestibule are made of durable food-grade polyvinyl chloride PE500, which additionally guarantees durability and safety. The dough divider does not require an electrical connection, fully complying with EC, UL and EAC standards.
