The electric 2-burner stove Bertos E6P2M is a bright representative of the products of the famous Italian concern for professional kitchens of catering establishments of any scale. The stove is made of stainless steel AISI 304 with installation on an open base. Screw supports allow you to adjust the height of the equipment surface. Equipping the Bertos E6P2M stove with 2 round burners (180 mm in diameter) with a power of 2x2 kW ensures fast heating and economical use of electricity with the help of a special direct fire control system. The heating temperature is regulated by a thermostat with 6 power positions. The protective thermostat serves to protect the thermoelements from burnout, which occurs when the burners overheat above 3000 ° C. Any types of heat treatment of food products are available when heating the surface in the range of 50-350 ° C. The rear side serves to prevent splashing of fat and dripping of liquids.
