Description
The electric 2-burner stove Bertos E7P2M is a convenient, functional element of the heating workshop, which can be used both independently and as part of a hot line, together with other Bertos equipment. Two cast-iron burners of increased power (2.6 kW each) can be square or round. Heating temperature up to 400 ° C. At a higher temperature, a protective thermostat is triggered, which switches off the heating element, protecting it from burnout. The degree of heating of each burner is set using ergonomic switches in the range of 50-400 ° C. Each switch has 6 positions, and also has an on / off light indicator. The working surface of the Bertos E7P2M electric stove consists of a solid sheet of food grade stainless steel AISI 304 1 mm thick, on which two burners are hermetically seated. This design is optimal for facilitating sanitary and preventive cleaning of the surface. The rear of the work area is protected by a 11 cm high edge to prevent splashing.
