Description
Electric 4-burner stove Bertos E6P4+FE1 with oven - is widely and willingly used in the equipment of hot shops of various public catering enterprises in Europe. This model is made in the floor version of stainless steel with the ability to adjust the support screws. The stove Bertos E6P4+FE1 is equipped with four hermetically sealed cast iron round burners with a diameter of 180 mm and armored thermal elements. The temperature of the burners is regulated for each separately in the range from 50 to 350 ° C. A distinctive feature of the model is the oven with temperature control using 6-position selectors up to + 270 ° C and a convection system (forced air circulation), thanks to which the products are baked evenly and quickly throughout the volume. The oven with four guides for grates and baking sheets is equipped with one GN 1/1 gastronorm container. The stainless steel protective edge at the back of the hob prevents splashes of fat and liquids and simplifies equipment maintenance.
